ABOUT MIKROTIK


MikroTik is a Latvian company that was founded in 1996 to develop routers and wireless ISP systems. MikroTik now provides hardware and software for Internet connectivity in most of the countries around the World. Their experience in using industry-standard PC hardware and complete routing systems allowed them in 1997 to create the RouterOS software system that provides extensive stability, controls, and flexibility for all kinds of data interfaces and routing. In 2002 they decided to make their hardware, and the RouterBOARD brand was born.

ISPs, individual users and companies of all sizes use MikroTik products for building data network infrastructures all around the World.



ROUTEROS


MikroTik RouterOS is a router operating system and software which turns regular PC or MikroTik RouterBOARD hardware into a dedicated router.

SUPPORT


We have long provided support for MikroTik's RouterBOARD and RouterOS products onsite and remotely. Sometimes pinpointing or describing an issue can become a tedious task for clients; hence we take our time to comprehend the matter, put it down as an understandable statement, and present the way forward. Once a solution is presented, clients are given the choices of execution by our engineering staff, their staff with our supervision or DIY model.


It is always good practice to include a copy of "supout.rif" file in support requests to make your configurations visible for the support engineers. Please feel free to contact our support regarding any question or issue you may be facing.
